Lost in the Desert by Memoirs Of A Perfume Collector was launched in 2021 and crafted by perfumer Dario Fini. This composition opens with a bright burst of bergamot, which contrasts sharply against the rich vanilla and bourbon vanilla notes that follow. The heart introduces a complex interplay between Indian jasmine and myrrh, adding depth and warmth to the fragrance. As it settles into its base, oud and ambroxan create an enveloping woody and musky atmosphere that is both grounding and intriguing.
Apply this fragrance with one or two sprays to the pulse points. The spicy top notes will dissipate within an hour, but the rich vanilla and woody base will linger throughout the day. It’s best worn in cooler weather when its enveloping warmth feels most comforting.
