The story behind the bottle.
Created by perfumer Clément Gavarry for Michael Malul London, Solar Blaze is a woody spicy fragrance that captures the essence of warm sunlight and rich earth. The composition opens with red apple and orange, providing a burst of freshness and brightness, before giving way to aromatic notes like lavender and sage. At its heart lies guaiac wood, tonka bean, and amber, creating a harmonious blend of warmth and depth. This fragrance is neither overly sweet nor overwhelmingly woody; instead, it strikes a balance that makes it suitable for both day and night.
Solar Blaze has a quick development phase where the red apple and orange notes are prominent. After about an hour, the woody and spicy heart notes come into their own. For best results, apply two sprays to pulse points in the morning for daytime wear or one generous spray before an evening event.
