Christelle Laprade introduced Castling by Mind Games in 2022 with a composition that balances the freshness of sea salt and bergamot against the warmth of vanilla and musk. The scent opens with fig leaf and lotus, creating an intriguing contrast between green freshness and floral sweetness. At its heart, iris and freesia add depth, while sandalwood and Madagascar vetiver anchor it with woody notes that evoke a sense of grounding stability.
Castling has a quick top note transition, so aim for two sprays to catch both the initial freshness and the deeper musk. The scent settles close to the skin, making it ideal for daytime wear when you want something understated yet complex.
