Maison Oud by MPF is a composition that centers around the rich, complex character of oud, grounded by warm spices and sweet florals. The fragrance opens with pink pepper and geranium, which create an initial freshness that contrasts beautifully with the deep, earthy notes of cinnamon and patchouli. As it evolves, rose and violet add layers of sweetness and softness before settling into a base of vanilla and oud, creating a warm, enveloping accord.
Apply Maison Oud to pulse points, as it develops best close to skin rather than projecting strongly into the air. The fragrance takes about an hour for the full base notes to bloom, so give it time to settle before assessing its full character.
