Launched in 2022, Venom of Love by Navitus Parfums is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance crafted by perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur. This composition opens with sour cherry and liquor, creating an unexpected tension between tartness and richness. The heart unfolds with bitter almond, cherry, chocolate, Turkish rose, and Egyptian jasmine, blending sweet and nutty notes into a harmonious balance. A warm spicy base of amberwood, vanilla, and whipped cream adds depth and comfort, making it a fragrance that transitions seamlessly from day to night.
One to two sprays are sufficient due to its rich gourmand base. The sour cherry and liquor notes fade within an hour, but the warm spicy and vanilla base will last throughout the evening. Best for cooler evenings when you want a comforting yet intriguing scent.
