Launched in 2019 by Xerjoff, Ouverture is the creation of perfumer Chris Maurice and stands out for its intricate balance between vibrant citrus top notes and warm, enveloping base accords. The fragrance opens with a crisp fig leaf and orange, offering an immediate burst of freshness that transitions seamlessly into a heart of magnolia, cinnamon, ylang-ylang, Indian jasmine, Bulgarian rose, and sandalwood. This floral-spicy bouquet creates a lush, green warmth before settling into rich amber, vanilla, cashmere wood, and incense, which add depth and complexity to the composition.
