Constance Georges-Picot crafted Rose Whip by Phlur, launched in 2025 as an Oriental Floral fragrance for both women and men. The scent opens with the bright zest of black currant and pink pepper, which contrasts beautifully against the rich depth of rose and osmanthus. Nutmeg adds a subtle warmth that transitions into the powdery, woody base notes of cashmere wood, musk, and amber. This composition creates an inviting atmosphere that is both comforting and sophisticated.
