The story behind the bottle.
Paul Guerlain created Girl Blooming for Rochas in 2022, a fragrance that captures the essence of a fresh beginning. The composition opens with bergamot and mandarin orange, their citrus brightness setting the stage for an aromatic journey. Black currant adds a touch of fruity sweetness, while jasmine and neroli bring a delicate floral presence that blooms into a heart of orange blossom. Musk, cedar, and sandalwood form the warm woody base, providing a subtle powdery finish that grounds the entire composition in a sense of serene confidence.
Start with two sprays to capture both the bright top notes and the warm base. The citrus and aromatic elements are most prominent in the first hour, so apply early for maximum impact throughout the day.

Paul Guerlain is a junior perfumer whose credited work includes Rabanne's Olympéa Parfum (2024, with Anne Flipo) and Olympéa Absolu (2025, with Caroline Dumur). He is not to be confused with Jean-Paul Guerlain of the historic Guerlain perfume family.
