Jérôme Epinette crafted Hollyrose in 2017 for Room 1015, a brand known for its unapologetic elegance and modernity. This Oriental Floral scent is a study in contrasts — the sharp freshness of black pepper and black currant meets the lush warmth of rose oil and orchid, while leather and patchouli add an earthy depth that grounds the composition. Hollyrose is neither overly sweet nor too austere; instead, it balances these elements to create a fragrance that feels both intimate and expansive.
Apply Hollyrose to pulse points and allow it to settle for about five minutes before stepping out. The black pepper and currant top notes are vibrant but fleeting, so they need time to blend with the deeper layers. This fragrance is best enjoyed close to skin rather than from a distance.
