Nero by Sedra Perfumes, launched in 2022, is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance that balances warmth and sweetness with a subtle spiciness. The opening notes of black pepper and bergamot create a vibrant tension before giving way to the rich heart of plum, ylang-ylang, jasmine, and rose. These floral elements are enveloped by the woody base of cedarwood, sandalwood, vanilla, caramel, benzoin, amber, and musk, resulting in an intoxicating blend that reads as both comforting and complex.
Apply Nero in light layers — the black pepper note is assertive at first but fades quickly. The rich base notes take an hour to fully bloom, so give it time to settle into your skin before stepping out.
