The story behind the bottle.
Rume by Slumberhouse was launched in 2011 and crafted by perfumer Josh Lobb, bringing together an aromatic blend that oscillates between fresh spiciness and warm, balsamic notes. The fragrance opens with a camphoraceous freshness that cuts through the air like a sharp breath of cool wind, before settling into a heart of sweet amber and musky warmth. This composition is neither purely floral nor woody but rather a harmonious blend of contrasts — crisp yet cozy, spicy yet soothing.
Apply this fragrance lightly to pulse points for the best effect. The camphoraceous top notes are bright but fleeting, so it’s the warm amber and musky base that will linger throughout the day, creating a subtle yet inviting aura.
