The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2010 by Tauer Perfumes, Andy Tauer crafted 12 Eau D'Epices as a Woody Spicy fragrance for both women and men. The composition opens with cardamom, coriander, and clove, creating an immediate warmth and complexity that is both aromatic and spicy. As the mandarin orange and cinnamon notes unfold, they lead into a heart of African orange flower, incense, orris root, and jasmine — adding layers of floral richness and smokiness. The base includes vetiver, amber, French labdanum, and tonka bean, grounding the fragrance with earthy warmth and a subtle smoky finish.
Apply two sprays to ensure that the warm spicy notes have enough presence. The fragrance develops slowly, so it's best to let it settle on your skin for a few minutes before heading out. This scent is better suited for cooler evenings or indoor settings where its rich complexity can be appreciated.
