The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021 by MDCI Parfums, L'Elegant is a Woody Spicy fragrance created by perfumer Irène Farmachidi. The composition opens with the warmth of incense and cardamom, leading to a heart of saffron and black pepper that adds an unexpected spiciness. This contrast gives way to a rich base of sandalwood, orris, nutmeg, and davana, creating a blend that is both sophisticated and intriguing.
One to two sprays are sufficient due to its strong projection. The spicy top notes fade after an hour but the woody base lingers for hours, making it ideal for evening wear.
