The story behind the bottle.
Pentachords Verdant by Tauer Perfumes was launched in 2011 and crafted by Andy Tauer. This aromatic green fragrance opens with a vibrant burst of freshness and earthy tones, creating an immediate connection to the natural world. The composition transitions into a rich blend of smoky tobacco and leather, grounding the initial lightness with depth and warmth. The amber base adds a comforting layer that ensures the scent remains both intriguing and inviting throughout the day.
One or two sprays are sufficient — the ozonic top notes dissipate quickly but leave room for the deeper tobacco and leather to emerge. This fragrance works best in cooler weather when the base notes have more time to develop on skin.
