Andrea Casotti's Wind Heat by The House of Oud is a sophisticated unisex fragrance that launched in 2016. The composition opens with the bright freshness of pink pepper and bergamot, which gives way to the warmth of nutmeg and iris. At its core, Wind Heat blends suede and musk with the rich depth of agarwood (oud) and vetiver. This creates a distinctive balance between spicy vibrancy and woody depth, making it both intriguing and comforting.
Wind Heat has a strong presence, so one spray is sufficient. The fresh spicy notes dissipate after about two hours, leaving the rich base to linger for several more. It works best in cooler weather when its warm undertones are most appreciated.
