The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2019 by Tiziana Terenzi, Arrakis is the creation of Paolo Terenzi and offers an intricate blend of warm spices, tobacco, and woody notes. At its core, this fragrance opens with a spicy kick from saffron and osmanthus, which gives way to the aromatic complexity of rosemary and thyme. The heart introduces a contrast between the freshness of grapefruit and the warmth of patchouli and vetiver. As it settles into an amber base with musk and tonka bean, Arrakis becomes a study in contrasts — spicy yet smooth, woody yet sweet.
Apply Arrakis close to skin for a more intimate experience — it's designed to be noticed up close rather than from across the room. The spicy top notes are bright but fade quickly, so ensure you layer on enough base notes by applying two or three sprays.
