The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2019 as an exclusive for Selfridges, Encke by Tiziana Terenzi is a Woody Spicy fragrance crafted by Paolo Terenzi. The composition opens with the warmth of cloves and cardamom, giving way to a heart of saffron, cedar, and patchouli. This aromatic depth transitions into a base of leather, sandalwood, animal notes, musk, amber, and labdanum, creating an enveloping sense of sophistication and complexity.
Apply two sprays to the pulse points. The aromatic notes fade within an hour, but the base notes continue to evolve for hours, so it's best worn in layers throughout the day.
