The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2017 by Tiziana Terenzi and crafted by Paolo Terenzi, Porpora is an Oriental Floral fragrance that seamlessly blends warmth with floral richness. The composition opens with a burst of raspberry and Bulgarian rose, creating a vibrant contrast against the smoky incense and spicy cinnamon notes. As it settles, the scent evolves into a complex blend of patchouli, myrrh, and chestnut, all anchored by a deep, sensual base of amber and musk.
Apply Porpora in light layers to allow its nuanced complexity to unfold gradually. The spicy and floral top notes are fleeting but intense, while the smoky and balsamic base develops over time. This fragrance is best suited for evening wear or cooler weather when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
