The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2009, Flowerbomb La Vie En Rose by Viktor&Rolf is a vibrant Oriental Floral fragrance that captures the essence of a modern woman's confidence and charm. Perfumers Domitille Michalon, Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion, and Carlos Benaïm crafted this scent around a heart of rose and white florals, with a green and citrus opening that adds a fresh, uplifting touch. The base notes of patchouli and amber ground the fragrance, creating a complex yet harmonious blend.
Apply one or two sprays to pulse points. The citrus and green top notes are fleeting but impactful, so a heavier application initially helps capture that freshness. As it evolves, the rose and patchouli base notes will take over, providing warmth and depth throughout the day.

Perfume as a library of smellsDomitille Michalon Bertier is a Vice President Perfumer at IFF who trained at ISIPCA between 1992 and 1994, part of the school's YSL promotion, and joined IFF as a trainee in 1994 before being promoted to Senior Perfumer in 2007.
