The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2013 by Xerjoff, Indochine is crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice and designed to evoke the rich, warm atmosphere of an exotic locale. The fragrance opens with a sweet, caramelized note that seamlessly transitions into a heart of vanilla and balsamic accords, creating a harmonious blend of sweetness and warmth. The base notes introduce powdery and animalic elements, adding depth and complexity that linger on the skin.
Apply Indochine sparingly as the caramel and vanilla notes are quite prominent. The fragrance builds gradually on the skin, so one or two sprays will suffice to capture its full essence without overpowering. It’s best worn during cooler evenings when the warmth of the base notes can be fully appreciated.
