The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2018 by Xerjoff, Rose Gold was crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice as an ode to the elegance of rose combined with a warm and spicy complexity. The fragrance opens with Bulgarian Rose, which immediately sets a delicate yet commanding tone. This floral note is then complemented by Geranium in the heart, adding a fresh and slightly spicy element that creates tension and depth. The woody base notes of Woody Notes, Amber, Musk, and Patchouli offer a warm and enveloping finish, grounding the composition with a sense of earthy richness.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the full essence of Rose Gold. The Bulgarian Rose top note is vibrant but fleeting, so it's best applied closer to skin rather than sprayed into the air. The musky base notes develop gradually, making this fragrance ideal for evening wear.
