Notes Pyramid
The story behind the bottle.
Cool Heights by Zara, launched in 2019 and crafted by perfumer Jérôme Epinette, is an Oriental Spicy fragrance for men that balances freshness with depth. The composition opens with a vibrant burst of Sichuan Pepper and Bergamot, creating a sharp contrast against the warm, powdery base notes of Tonka Bean and Amber. This interplay between spiciness and richness makes it feel like two distinct fragrances in one — crisp and invigorating at first, then enveloping and comforting as it settles.
Apply one or two sprays — the Sichuan Pepper and Bergamot top notes fade quickly within an hour. The powdery and amber base notes take over after that, so it's best to let it evolve on skin rather than layering more.
