Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Maria by Zara was launched in 2011 as part of a quartet of fragrances named after women from different nationalities. This particular scent embodies the essence of a Spanish woman with its bright and vibrant top notes that transition into a warm, inviting base. The fragrance opens with a burst of citrus, which gives way to floral and woody accords, creating a harmonious blend that captures the spirit of Spain.
One to two sprays are sufficient to capture Maria's essence. The citrus notes are bright but fleeting, so it's best applied in the morning for a lasting floral and woody finish that complements daytime activities.
