Stormy Day by Zara, launched in 2021, is an aromatic spicy fragrance that balances the sharpness of fresh spices with the warmth of cacao and powdery notes. The opening features a vibrant violet that cuts through the air like a sudden gust, while the heart introduces a soft floral touch to contrast the spiciness. As it settles into its base, warm spicy accords mingle with cacao, creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and invigorating.
This fragrance has a strong opening that fades after about an hour, so aim for two sprays initially. The base notes take time to bloom, so it's best applied before you head out, allowing it to settle into your skin over the course of the day.
