Nathalie's story

The story

In 1983 she became the first trainee without a perfumery-family background admitted to the prestigious Roure school in Grasse — at the time, an almost hereditary guild. Her career took her to Estée Lauder in New York, then Givaudan from 1983 to 2008 and Symrise from 2008 to 2014, creating for Hermès (Eau des Merveilles), Cartier (Must for Men), and Etat Libre d'Orange (Putain des Palaces). She now works independently from her lab, LABscent, in Montmartre.
