Vincent Kuczinski earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of Staten Island/CUNY and later an MBA from St. John's University.
His fragrance career began at International Flavors & Fragrances in 1977, where over fourteen years he rose to Vice President and Senior Perfumer in the Fine Fragrance group. He went on to lead fragrance creation at Bush Boake Allen, Takasago International, Symrise, and Ungerer, spanning more than forty years in the industry.
