The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021, Daddy by Aaron Terence Hughes is a fragrance that balances the warmth of vanilla and amber with the complexity of oud and woody accords. The composition opens with a fresh spicy note from bergamot and nutmeg, which gives way to the rich sweetness of tonka bean and vanilla. As it settles into its base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, and benzoin, the fragrance reads as both comforting and intriguing, evoking a sense of depth and character.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow the rich base notes to develop gradually. It is particularly effective when worn close to skin, where its powdery and woody elements shine best. Avoid over-application in warmer weather as it can read as heavy.
