Launched in 2021, Black Star Him by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi is an aromatic woody fragrance that blends the freshness of citrus and herbs with warm spices and rich woods. The composition opens with cardamom and petitgrain, paired with sea notes for a crisp yet grounding effect. As it develops, fir and orange provide a balance between earthy depth and bright freshness, while rosemary and sage add an herbal edge. The heart introduces floral notes like rose, lily-of-the-valley, and jasmine, which harmonize beautifully with the base of Brazilian rosewood, oakmoss, sandalwood, musk, and vetiver, creating a warm and spicy finish.
Apply a light mist to your pulse points — Black Star Him has a strong opening that fades into its warmer base notes over time. It's best worn in cooler weather when the spicy warmth feels more welcome.
