The story behind the bottle.
Saffron by Ajmal, launched in 2019, is a Woody Spicy fragrance that marries the brightness of fruity and floral notes with the warmth of oud and amber. The composition opens with raspberry and saffron, adding a vibrant sparkle before transitioning into a heart of rose and davana. The base notes feature agarwood (oud), woody notes, cashmere wood, and cypriol oil, creating an enveloping warmth that is both comforting and complex. Ajmal's mastery of perfumery shines through in the way these elements blend seamlessly, offering a scent that feels both modern and richly layered.
Apply Saffron to pulse points for a lasting impression. The fruity top notes are bright but fleeting, so allow the base notes to develop over time by wearing it close to your skin rather than in an open space.
