Launched in 2012 by Roja Dove, Amber Aoud is a bold Oriental Spicy fragrance that marries the warmth of amber and oud with rich animalic notes. The composition opens with bright citrus — bergamot, lemon, and lime — which quickly gives way to a heart of rose and jasmine, enhanced by ylang-ylang and fig. The base notes feature agarwood (oud), ambergris, saffron, civet, musk, sandalwood, orris root, cinnamon, patchouli, birch, and oakmoss, creating an enveloping warmth that is both luxurious and intimate.

Application Tips
Amber Aoud is best applied sparingly — its base notes are rich and long-lasting, so one or two sprays will carry you through the day. The citrus top notes fade quickly, but the warm, spicy heart and deep animalic base linger close to the skin, making it ideal for intimate settings rather than wide-open spaces.
