The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2025 by Amouage and crafted by Quentin Bisch, Existence is a unisex Oriental Floral fragrance that marries modern aldehydic freshness with warm, enveloping accords. The composition opens with the crisp brightness of lily of the valley and rose, balanced by the soapy, almost cleansing quality of aldehydes. As it develops, frankincense adds an earthy warmth while white musk and benzoin create a rich, enveloping base that feels both familiar and luxurious. Existence is a proof of Amouage’s blend of traditional Middle Eastern ingredients with contemporary perfumery techniques.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are enough. The aldehydic opening is bright but evolves into a deeper warmth over time, making it suitable for both daytime professionalism and evening relaxation.
