The Library Collection Opus XI by Amouage, crafted by Pierre Negrin and launched in 2018, stands as an ode to the brand's commitment to blending traditional Middle Eastern ingredients with modern perfumery techniques. The composition opens with marjoram, a fresh spicy note that introduces an herbal and aromatic character. At its heart lies agarwood (oud), which imbues the fragrance with a rich, woody depth. The base notes of styrax and leatherwood add warmth and balsamic complexity, creating a layered and sophisticated scent.
