The story behind the bottle.
Wild Oud by Ard Al Zaafaran, launched in 2024, is an Oriental Woody fragrance that marries the warmth of vanilla and amber with the freshness of mint and lavender. This composition opens with a bright green and aromatic accord, featuring notes like mint and lavender, before settling into a rich base of oud, benzoin, and tonka bean. The result is a scent that feels both grounded in tradition and modern in its execution — warm, woody, and unexpectedly fresh.
Wild Oud has a strong presence in its top notes but takes about an hour to fully settle into its base. Apply it lightly at first to allow the scent to develop naturally throughout the day. The combination of fresh spicy notes and warm woods makes it ideal for cooler evenings or layered looks.
