The story behind the bottle.
The History of Chinese Oud, launched in 2023 by Areej Le Doré and crafted by perfumer Russian Adam, is a bold Oriental Woody fragrance that blends the brand's signature traditions with a distinctive focus on Chinese oud. This composition opens with a bright citrus note, which quickly gives way to a rich heart of rose and jasmine, before settling into a warm base of sandalwood, incense, and musk. The History of Chinese Oud is unisex, designed to evoke the rich heritage and complexity of its namesake ingredient.
Given its strong sillage and eternal longevity, one spray is enough to make a lasting impression. This fragrance performs best close to skin rather than diffusing widely, making it perfect for an intimate evening.
