Russian Adam crafted Oud Zhen for Areej Le Doré, launching it in 2021. This composition is built around the warmth and depth of oud, blending Indian oud with saffron to create a rich, spicy heart that contrasts beautifully with its powdery, woody base notes. The use of rare ingredients like civet and castoreum adds a layer of complexity that makes Oud Zhen stand out in contemporary perfumery. It is neither overly sweet nor overwhelming, but rather a fragrance that balances depth and subtlety.
Apply Oud Zhen with two sprays to ensure that the powdery base notes have time to develop. It's best worn in cooler weather or indoors, as the warmth of the composition can be overpowering in hot conditions.
