Mathilde Bijaoui launched Oud Abramad in 2016 for BDK Parfums, a Parisian fragrance house known for its narrative-driven creations. This unisex parfum opens with the sharp freshness of saffron and ginger, cutting through to create an immediate tension against the warm spice and smoky undertones that follow. At its heart lies oud, mingling with incense and Turkish rose, while a balsamic base of labdanum, patchouli, and castoreum adds depth and complexity. The composition is both ancient and modern, evoking a sense of mystery and intimacy.
Apply two sprays to pulse points for a strong presence. The opening notes dissipate quickly, but the base notes develop slowly over time, making this fragrance ideal for evening wear when you want a scent that evolves throughout the night.
