The story behind the bottle.
Russian Adam crafted Ottoman Empire IV by Areej Le Doré, launched in 2023, as an ode to the rich blend of Eastern and Western perfumery traditions. This fragrance opens with a vibrant burst of Turkish Rose Oil and Chili Pepper, creating an immediate tension between floral sweetness and spicy warmth. The heart unfolds with cardamom and frangipani, adding layers of complexity before settling into a base of Indian Oud, vetiver, and cedarwood that reads as earthy and mossy, grounded by amber.
Apply this fragrance with two generous sprays — the spicy top notes dissipate within an hour, but the warm, earthy base notes continue to develop over several hours. It pairs well with both casual and formal settings.
