Launched in 2017 by Atelier des Ors, Iris Fauve was crafted by perfumer Marie Salamagne. This fragrance opens with a bold burst of cinnamon and iris that creates an immediate warmth and complexity. As it settles, the composition reveals itself through layers of Haitian vetiver and patchouli, grounding the sweet spiciness in earthy tones. The powdery and balsamic notes further enhance its depth, making Iris Fauve a scent that feels both familiar and mysterious.
Apply Iris Fauve with two sprays to allow the cinnamon and iris to bloom fully. The earthy base notes take about an hour to settle in, making it perfect for layering under a jacket or sweater. Avoid wearing it in overly warm settings as its warmth can become overpowering.
