Rouge Sarây by Atelier des Ors was launched in 2020 and is a creation of perfumer Marie Salamagne. This Oriental fragrance for both women and men opens with the sweet, fruity plum and cinnamon, leading to a heart of jasmine and dates before settling into a warm base of patchouli, heliotrope, vanilla, Peru balsam, guaiac wood, and sandalwood. The composition is a harmonious blend of warmth and sweetness, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and enveloping.
This fragrance blooms slowly on the skin, so it’s best to apply two sprays and allow it to settle for at least 15 minutes before heading out. It pairs well with a light jacket or cardigan, as the warm spices and balsam notes are most noticeable close to the skin.
