Launched in 2012 by Boadicea the Victorious and crafted by perfumer Christian Provenzano, Pride is a unisex fragrance that embodies quintessential British elegance. The composition opens with aromatic notes of cardamom, coriander, and pink pepper, creating an initial burst of warmth and complexity. This gives way to a heart of rose, jasmine, and heliotrope, infusing the scent with floral sweetness while maintaining an underlying spiciness. The base notes of tonka bean, amber, leather, vanilla, patchouli, and musk ground Pride in rich, enveloping warmth.
Pride's base notes take time to bloom fully, so it is best applied generously at first. The warmth and richness of the scent make it ideal for cooler evenings or layered under a jacket during the day.
