Launched in 2019 by Bogue and crafted by Antonio Gardoni, Douleur is a unisex EDP that challenges the traditional boundaries of scent. The composition opens with an aquatic-ozonic accord, creating a fresh, almost metallic sensation, before giving way to sweet florals and green notes. This juxtaposition of cold and warm elements creates a dynamic tension, making it feel both modern and lasting. It is a fragrance that invites introspection and reflection.
Apply Douleur lightly for a more nuanced experience. The ozonic top notes fade quickly but leave room for the sweet and green heart to emerge gradually over time. It pairs well with layered clothing, allowing the scent to develop in intimate spaces.
