The story behind the bottle.
Eau de Noho by Bond No 9 was launched in 2003 and is a Floral fragrance for both women and men. Created by perfumer Francis Camail, this scent captures the essence of New York's vibrant neighborhood, NoHo. The composition opens with lime blossom and mandarin orange, giving way to green notes and water accents that create an aquatic freshness. Mimosa and violet leaf add a floral warmth, while musk, cashmere wood, amber, and oakmoss provide a powdery, enveloping base. This fragrance is not just about scent but also about the story of NoHo — its bustling streets, vibrant energy, and lasting charm.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow each note to unfold gradually. The aquatic top notes are fresh but fleeting, so it's best not to layer heavily at first. As the powdery base emerges after an hour, the scent becomes more enveloping and comfortable against the skin.
