The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2006, Amor pour Homme by Cacharel is a Woody Spicy fragrance created by perfumers Sophie Labbé and Pierre Wargnye. This composition opens with bright bergamot and Sicilian mandarin, which give way to a heart of rose and spices like cardamom, creating an aromatic warmth that feels both fresh and complex. The base notes of Brazilian rosewood, vetiver, and benzoin add a woody depth, grounding the scent in earthy comfort.
Apply one generous spritz to your chest and wrists. The citrus opening is bright but fades within two hours, so the aromatic heart and woody base will carry you through the day without needing a reapplication.
