Very Good Girl by Carolina Herrera, launched in 2021 and created by Quentin Bisch, Louise Turner, and Shyamala Maisondieu, is an intriguing departure from its namesake. Despite being marketed as a flanker to the original Good Girl, enthusiasts note that it doesn't share the same DNA. Instead, Very Good Girl leans more towards the style of Mugler Angel Nova, with a composition centered around litchi, rose, and vanilla-tonka. This blend creates a fresh yet sweet aroma that's both fruity and floral. While some reviewers hail it as the best among the numerous Good Girl flankers, others criticize its synthetic sweetness and mediocre longevity.
Apply one or two sprays at pulse points; the fruity notes are bright but short-lived. The vanilla-tonka base will linger, so avoid heavy application for a more natural effect. Best suited for daytime wear when its fresh character shines.
