Launched in 2011, Yuzu Man by Caron is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance crafted by perfumer Richard Fraysse. The composition opens with the zesty brightness of yuzu and lemon verbena, creating an immediate freshness that feels invigorating and uplifting. As it develops, basil and black fig add a layer of complexity, blending the fruity zest with subtle herbal notes. The base of Virginia cedar and sandalwood rounds out the scent, grounding the bright top notes in warm woody undertones.
Apply Yuzu Man to pulse points for an immediate burst of freshness that lasts throughout the day. The top notes are vibrant but fade quickly, so reapply after two hours if you want to maintain the bright citrus and herbal elements. Richard Fraysse, a third-generation perfumer and son of Lanvin's André Fraysse (creator of Arpège), was the in-house perfumer for the House of Caron — a company that, from its founding, has always employed its own dedicated nose.
