The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015 by Cartier, Les Heures de Cartier: L'Heure Perdue XI is an olfactory exploration crafted by perfumer Mathilde Laurent. This fragrance opens with a bright burst of bergamot and mandarin orange, creating a fresh citrus top note that feels invigorating and uplifting. As the composition evolves, it transitions into a heart of jasmine and rose, adding warmth and complexity to the overall scent. The base notes feature patchouli and vetiver, grounding the fragrance with an earthy, woody aroma that lingers long after application.
Given its enormous sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays is sufficient to make an impact. It's best applied to pulse points for maximum projection and longevity, ensuring that it stays close to your skin throughout the day.
