Launched in 2021 and crafted by Olivier Polge, Paris – Édimbourg by Chanel is a Woody Aquatic fragrance that captures the essence of two distinct cities. The composition opens with the fresh spicy notes of cypress and juniper berries, evoking the crisp air of Edinburgh's streets. As it evolves, lavender introduces an aromatic warmth, while cedar and vetiver ground the scent in a woody embrace. Musky and vanilla undertones add depth, creating a fragrance that bridges the sophistication of Paris with the rugged charm of Édimbourg.
