The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Millesime 1849 by Creed was launched in 2013 and crafted by Olivier Creed. This woody aromatic fragrance opens with a bright burst of Calabrian bergamot, creating an immediate freshness that is both invigorating and uplifting. The heart of ylang-ylang and jasmine adds a sweet floral warmth, balanced by the earthy tones of patchouli and cedar. The base notes of oud, sandalwood, vanilla, and musk bring a rich, warm spicy quality that lingers on the skin, creating an enveloping embrace of luxury.

How to wear it

Apply Millesime 1849 to pulse points for maximum impact. The top notes fade quickly, so a second application after an hour can help maintain its initial freshness. The base notes take time to bloom fully, making this fragrance ideal for evening wear or special occasions where you want a rich warmth that lingers.
