Launched in 2005 by Creed, Original Santal is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men, crafted by Olivier Creed, Erwin Creed, and Pierre Bourdon. This composition opens with fresh spicy notes of juniper berries, coriander, and ginger, creating an invigorating burst that immediately draws attention. The heart of the fragrance features lavender and orange blossom, adding a touch of floral warmth against the aromatic backdrop. As it settles, sandalwood, cedar, and oakmoss form a rich woody base, grounded by tonka bean and musk, which lend a powdery, warm finish.
For this fragrance, apply it to pulse points for a warm, lingering effect. The fresh spicy top notes will dissipate within an hour, but the rich woodsy base will continue to develop on your skin throughout the day.
