Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
L'Eau de Tarocco by Diptyque was launched in 2009 and crafted by perfumer Olivier Pescheux. This aromatic spicy fragrance opens with a bright burst of citrus, balanced by warm and fresh spicy notes that create an intriguing tension. The heart reveals a subtle rose, which adds a touch of floral softness before settling into a woody base that grounds the composition with earthy warmth.
L'Eau de Tarocco has moderate longevity and sillage. Start with one or two sprays to let the citrus top notes shine before they give way to the warm spices and woody base. This fragrance pairs well with daytime activities but can also be worn into the evening for a balanced, comforting scent.
